We’re still hanging on to some post Christmas traditions (which makes sense as Poles take down their Christmas tree at the beginning of February) and we’re going to look at one that combines religious and pagan aspects.
Shopping centres – you would think there’s enough of them by now. Well the Poles try to catch up with the West and build as many as possible. Some foreign visitors don’t seem to appreciate them though.
Food – yummy and unique Polish bread doesn’t seem to stand a chance against people’s changing eating habits. We’re going to look at the statistics in Poland and in the UK, which show a significant drop in sales of bread throughout the last few years.
